The Thomas “Tom” J. Kalista, Pharm.D. ’13 Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Fund shall support a fifth or sixth-year pharmacy student (P3 or P4) who demonstrates the ability to conduct patient-centered care. Preference will be given to students who express interest in outpatient pharmacy practice settings and who have service experience with professional student organizations dedicated to advancing community pharmacy practice (i.e., NCPA). The student recipient will be selected by the process then in effect within the Office of the Dean, College of Pharmacy, in conjunction with the Office of Student Enrollment Services.
