Ruth & Morton Grossman Endowment Fund - Plant Sciences

Income from endowment to be disbursed as follows: First $500 of income to the Dean of Nursing. The remainder will be disbursed: 18% for the URI Library to purchase books 18% for College of Nursing Scholarships 30% for Turf Scholarships 18% for Enrollment Services to directly award as scholarships 8% for the Athletic Director’s discretionary use 6% for the URI President’s discretionary use 2% for the CELS Dean’s discretionary use. This endowment is funded by proceeds from the sale of property donated by Mr. and Mrs. Grossman in December 1975.
