The Fund shall support an incoming freshman student demonstrating financial need from William E. Tolman High School in Pawtucket, RI. Preference given to a student with high academic performance and demonstrating leadership ability through high school. Student recipient will be selected by the Dean of the Alan Shawn Feinstein College of Education.
