Howard Chin Endowed Scholarship

Income from endowment to be used for a scholarship for deserving undergraduates in civil / environmental engineering related majors. Preference to students who demonstrate financial need and who are in good academic standing. Recipient will be selected by the Dean of the College of Engineering in consultation with Howard Chin, his assigns or successors.
