Caitlyn Rose Savio Memorial Scholarship

The fund shall support scholarships for a junior nursing student in the College of Nursing, who has a desire to pursue a career in the field of nursing. Scholarship recipients must be involved in community service and additionally, must receive a letter of recommendation from one of his/her instructors. Nursing students being considered for this award must submit an essay stating why they selected the field of nursing as a career and why they want to make a difference on someone’s life. The student will be chosen by a scholarship committee headed by the Dean of the College of Nursing.
