Thomas J. Kim Endowed Engineering Scholarship

Income from endowment shall be used to provide annual scholarship assistance to qualified undergraduate students pursuing a degree in any discipline of engineering. Selection by the dean of the College will be based upon academic merit and demonstrated financial need to support undergraduate student matriculation to graduation. Preference is to award scholarship freshman year, and be renewable each subsequent year provided the student maintains a minimum GPA of 3.20 overall. In the event that no distribution may be made from the endowment in a given year because of state or federal law governing endowments, the scholarship will be awarded from the principal of the fund in the same amount as the prior year.
