Income from endowment for a scholarship awarded annually to junior or senior majoring in Journalism who demonstrates academic achievement and demonstrates promise as a future print or broadcast professional. Recipient selected by the Chair of Journalism Department and/or his/her designee. In Memory of Wilbur Doctor who died in 2008.
