Livingston/Zitkin Graduate Scholarship in Music

Income from endowment to fund an award to be given annually in the fall to the best graduate research paper submitted for credit in a graduate-level music class taught in the Department of Music at the University of Rhode Island.Papers are to be submitted in the fall by professors of such classes with the studentsb names to be anonymous until after the judging takes place. Papers written that semester or in the previous two semesters shall be eligible for entry. The student should be enrolled for at least six credits during each of the two semesters before the award is presented. Judges will be three members of the full-time faculty who are also members of the Graduate Studies Committee, or their substitute(s)selected by said committee.
