SFC Sandra C. Riley '67 and MG William H. Riley, Jr. '74 ROTC Endowed Scholarship

The Fund shall be used to award scholarships to students who are enrolled in the Military Sciences & Leadership Program’s Army Reserves Officers Training Corps (ROTC) at the University of Rhode Island. The student recipient will be selected by the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences in conjunction with the ROTC Director.
