Tom Needham Graduate Scholarship for Biomedical & Pharmaceutical Sciences

The Fund shall support Graduate Students in the College of Pharmacy, Department of Biomedical & Pharmaceutical Sciences with a 3.0 or comparable grade point average from URI or their previous institution. Preference shall first be for students in the pharmaceutics group, then for students in any of the pharmaceutical sciences. Selection shall be made by the selection process then-in-effect within the College of Pharmacy, with preference given to United States citizens or permanent residents who demonstrate financial need. If no qualified United States citizens or permanent residents are eligible, the Fund may be used for highly performing international students.
