Alpha Xi Delta (Beta Upsilon) Scholarship

The fund shall support a student, who is a member of Alpha Xi Delta at the University of Rhode Island, has attained a 3.3 minimum grade point average or greater, is a junior or senior, is a student leader and in good standing in the sorority as determined by the Office of Greek Life. Alpha Xi Delta Alumnae in graduate programs at the University of Rhode Island may also be considered. However, if no member if Alpha Xi Delta qualifies, then the scholarship shall go to a member of another sorority who otherwise qualifies, and if no member of a sorority so qualifies then the scholarship shall go to an otherwise qualifying student resident on the Kingston campus. The recipient shall be selected by the Office of Greek Life based upon the above criteria provided that the award otherwise complies with applicable law. "
